Aged Primosale Pecorino cheese

A fresh soft cheese, Primosale has an intense taste with a good level of sapidity. After manual pressing in molds, it is placed in brine for 5 days and then aged for at least 10/15 days. Widely used as a table cheese, it is particularly suitable for the preparation of tasty dishes such as baked pasta and pizza.

The milk used to make it comes exclusively from Sicilian pastures and is produced without the use of preservatives.
