Primosale Pecorino with Olives

Made with pasteurized sheep's milk, it is a hard cheese characterized by an intense aroma and a crumbly and grainy texture.

The curd, manually pressed into special molds, is added with olives that give the product a typical taste that recalls the authentic flavors of Sicily.

It is mainly used as a table cheese as well as for the preparation of typical Sicilian dishes. The milk used to make it comes exclusively from Sicilian pastures and is produced without the use of preservatives.
