Primosale Pecorino Cheese with Chili portioned

Produced with pasteurized sheep's milk, it is a hard cheese with an intense aroma and a crumbly and grainy consistency.
The curd, pressed manually in special baskets, is added with finely chopped chilli pepper which gives the product a decidedly important and pleasantly spicy taste.
It is mainly used as a table cheese as well as for the preparation of typical Sicilian dishes.
The milk used comes exclusively from Sicilian pastures and is produced without the use of preservatives.
