Primosale Pecorino Cheese with Black Pepper portioned

Produced with pasteurized sheep's milk, it is a hard cheese with an intense aroma and a crumbly and grainy consistency. The curd, pressed manually in special molds, is added with black peppercorns which give the product a unique spicy aroma. It is mainly used as a table cheese as well as for the preparation of typical Sicilian dishes. The milk used comes exclusively from Sicilian pastures and is produced without the use of preservatives. .
