Fresh Ricotta

Despite being a dairy product, ricotta cannot be defined as a “proper” cheese as it is obtained through the processing of whey to which fresh sheep's milk is added as soon as it is milked.

Creamy and velvety, our fresh ricotta has remarkable nutritional properties that make it a product with a high biological value compared to traditional cheeses and meat in general.

Due to its versatility it is suitable for the preparation of various traditional Sicilian dishes, both sweet and savory. The milk used to make it comes exclusively from Sicilian pastures and is produced without the use of preservatives.
